Coach has me going for the 50y & 75 y back. Have no clue what I'm doing - never done this before, so I'll just jump in and hope for the best. My first event is in March.

After locking myself out of my house (shut the door with locker keys in hand, no truck or house keys), I finally made it to the pool.

Coach and I discussed the workout I did Sunday and then I warmed up. She then timed me...

First 50, I miscounted to the wall so she didn't count my time. She must be in the Christmas spirit.
Second 50 time: 1:05 (personal best).
Next was 75 - I NEEDED OXYGEN at this point. She said I completed the 75y in 1:45. Not sure if that's good or not, but she said "good job." I'll take it.
Next 50y, 1:06.
Next 75y, 1:46. And the rest was me resting.......

At least I was consistent
