For Chapter Two, the two big ideas IMO we need to learn right now is Swarm of Behaviors and Focus Mapping to come up with our Golden Behaviors to turn into Tiny Habits.

Note he also discussed some ideas that will come into play later on when you are doing recipes but don't affect the exercises for this chapter. That includes:
--His PAC person (person wants to do it, context/environment motivates person to do it, action which is a carrot or stick that motivates a behavior)
--Conflicting Motivations (want to do two opposite behaviors like eat the sweet and don't eat sugar)
-- I think he also mentions Competing Motivations (I didn't double check his name for this), it is when you want to go to the gym after work but you also want to go to your friend's birthday dinner.

Focus Mapping:
