Do you have any questions on the Fogg Behavior Model?

Do you understand why we want to create a Tiny Habit that is easy to do even on our hard days? Don't worry if you don't see how that fits into what you really want to do with your habits, the future chapters will cover that.

Exercises: Ok, for most things I can think of, we need more book reading. So let's focus on the exercises for the book introduction. You can also do the exercises BJ lists at the end of Chapter One.

Chapter 2 will have some good exercises (do our Swarm of Behaviors and Focus mapping those behaviors) which is a big step forward to creating new tiny habits for weight loss.
