Necdoo, My singsong is:
If you want to stay healthy, wash your hands
If you want to stay healthy, wash your hands for 20 sec.
If you want to stay healthy, don't touch your face
If you want to stay healthy, don't touch your face until you wash your hands.
Then I affirm: I am now aware of when I touch my face.
The heart represent life and the broken heart possible death if I don't wash for 20 sec.
I have CHF and would most likely die if I get the virus.

Jane, They are getting to be habits. I have forgotten a couple of times becomes at those times I did things completely different. I would remember later though.
Each time I post, I visualize the habits becoming stronger.

Kay,
When I wash my hands, I say the Lord's prayer. It takes slightly longer than the 20 seconds but it helps to relieve some of the stress. It was actually hubby's idea. it got him through his trip and staying at a hotel with no service. It made him realize he has so much to be thankful for.

I love all your pictures. I hope that the back stretching is helping. Your daily tracking is great. Congratulations on doing it daily and tracking it daily. I do my 3 but I don't track them.

I find some habits I form become automatic very quickly and some I do fine but think about it (rather than it being automatic with no thinking). And some I have to tweak the recipe some.

It has only been 6 days, but are some of yours becoming automatic? Or at least ones you go Oh Yeah, I just... (one of your anchors happened), I need to.. (do one of your tiny habits) - e.g. the thought pops up so you do it?

I am aware that I am giving in to emotional cravings.

To nip it in the bud, I now remind myself that: I am stronger than any craving I might have.
I do better with accountability so I will post daily on how I am doing.

Great tiny habit.

Tiny Habits would create a recipe for this habit, something like:
After I sit down to eat, I will say the affirmation "I am expanding my consciousness and increasing my awareness every day".

Practice it to help you remember it: (e.g. sit down like you are going to eat a meal and say the affirmation) about 10 times to help you remember (e.g. attach your anchor of sitting down for a meal to the new behavior - the affirmation).

I have been having too many senior moments lately.

My Goal is to increase my awareness

Start small: Get in the habit of repeating the affirmation: I am expanding my consciousness and increasing my awareness every day.

When: Before each meal.

Track daily.
