Participating in the In-between Challenge has kept me on track and I have learned to sleep 7 hr. consistently! Wohoo!

Cleaning refrigerator tomorrow and shopping on Thursday for more fruits and veggies.

Tracking shows I may need to reduce daily calories a bit since weight loss.

YMCA 3-4 days per week, home exercises planned for other days.

Ready, get set, go!

Healthy foods set other than fresh produce which will be closer to challenge.
I have been busy entering food into my Favorites in the nutrition tracker so it will be ready for starting the challenge and not so time consuming tracking.
I am so ready!
