JUMPING on the band wagon.
When we join the 5% Challenge we all know this (if we've been on it before as many of us have been,) or if when we first join so many of us are EXCITED to see it IS an active team.
This does NOT mean that we NEED to kill ourselves with exercising. I have many health issues and have even more thru the almost 9 years of being on the 5% Challenge, but it does mean doing what I can. Everyone is at a different point and hey, WOOHOO to all! Be it that just starting out or like me ,,, currently with a broken foot ,, doing 10 mins 3 times a week of exercise,, GREAT JOB!! I do over that, but where's I started years ago.
The LTGLs not all of them I LOVE, or even LIKE ! LOL that's really WHY I stay with it!! I NEED to be healthier and the 5% is helping me to do so. WOOHOO TO THAT!! AND TY OALs for these and this!!

But YES as both a member and leader it IS FRUSTRATING as can be when one joins challenge after challenge, but barely does anything with it, or "forgets" weekly to post more than 3 or maybe 4 days of the week. Especially if it's a team that is competitive as our team is. Our leaders are so good at reminding our members that they DO NOT NEED to exercise harder etc, just to report what it is they've done.
I absolutely DO credit my success to the 5% Challenge!! BLOG COMING ON!! WOOHOO!!
