Am hoping others will want to join me on a walk through Canada. We will start on the West Coast.

You will find the 1st thread called "Vancouver Island British Columbia Canada' = when you click onto it you will find links to the different places we will be walking to. You will find a map of Vancouver Island so you can see where the cities are located. We will be walking from the north to the south. You will find a link for each walk - when you complete the first one you will come back to the main thread Vancouver Island British Columbia Canada and click onto the 2nd link and so forth.

As mention this is for walking - 2,000 steps = 1 mile / 10,000 steps = 5 miles.
Do not convert bike riding, swimming, yoga or other forms of exercise -this is a 'walk' therefore you have to be 'walking' to participate.

See you on the trails!!!!

very fustrated as all of my walks have been deleted... I know I completed most of the walks if not all in this virtual walk and now very few are showing
