Please tell us what works for you. My check list rarely changes because my key to success is to do the same important things every single day. Then there are the things that aren't daily, that I pencil into my daily list, for each new day. Follow the list and everything gets done!

Do you already have a daily routine that includes preparation for a successful tomorrow? Yes - because I work, my week day 'routine' is pretty much set. It is my weekend routine that is a little less 'scheduled'

Do you have it where you see it often? Yes, work makes it second nature :-)

Please tell us what works for you. I have the same/similar breakfast & lunch each day while at work. I have a membership at the local YMCA and work out with DD and a GF. DD's future MIL teaches classes which I attend MOST Monday/Tuesday/Wednesdays at the least.

Get up at the same time every day.
Shopping weekly instead of daily.
Meal prepping once a week.
Keeping stainless steel bottles washed and ready.
Making sure work out clothes are washed and available.
Having all exercise "equipment" in a workable place that's free of clutter.
Having a playlist for moving.
Go to bed at a decent hour; shoot for within 30 minutes of the same time every day.

Do you have it where you see it often? It's all memorized now except the strength training that I recently created a list

Please tell us what works for you. Exercise within 1/2 hr of waking so nothing interferes with it. Having it done also motivates me to eat well throughout the day. Continue with the low starch mostly gluten free diet I have been on

Do you have it were you see it often? Yes a copy is attached to my fridge and a copy attached to mirror in my bedroom.
Please tell us what works for you! As long as I have a copy of my plan where I can see it I am good to go, and I also drink a lot of water which helps a lot.


I know I can do this, and I know we can all do this as long as we are willing to try.

This one confused me because it was so similar to Topic 5:

I am all set. I made enough veggies today for today and tomorrow.
The rest of my food was already prepared.

On my desk by my computer.

Please tell us what works for you.
I work at home so I don't feel rushed for meals. I do often feel rushed at getting all my work done for the day. Tomorrow is arms day followed by abs and cardio. Then some time in the sauna.

My routine is posted on my blog.

I always have healthy snacks and meals prepared ahead of time, it would become to chaotic if I didn't. I also have to have lunches for ss and dh when they are at work or school, so planning ahead is a necessity.

Plan for success - do your homework today so you succeed tomorrow. Take a few minutes today to make your lunch for tomorrow, update your schedule and do a few things so you have time to take care of yourself and don't feel rushed. If you do not already have a list/routine please use this one or make up your own.

Prepare you own WIN tomorrow checklist to help you plan for success the next day.
