Other snacks I use: small apple (or celery sticks) and 1 tablespoon peanut butter,

or vegies dipped in 1 T. hummus.

If hungry a few almonds (never more than quarter cup) which is also good for me since I am prediabetic)

How about putting some of your snack ideas on this thread so we can share them. I have a few that I'll include here. I'm looking for some new snack ideas and I'm sure some of you would like some too.

- cut up vegetables with low cal dressing to dip them in
- sugar free pudding in snack size containers
- fat free plain yogurt, top with berries
- cottage cheese topped with lite peaches or pears
- celery with peanut butter lightly smeared in the crevice
- string cheese
- Laughing Cow cheese
- Babybel cheese
