January Goal = Stay on track with my nutrition. Try to exercise at least 5-6 days out of the week.

January 1 - 0
January 2 - 0
January 3 - 30 minutes (10 running and 20 biking)
January 4 - 50 minutes (kickboxing class)
January 5 - 20 minutes (quick circuit before gymnastics meet)
January 6 - 90 minutes (I was a cleaning machine! Counting this as my workout)
January 7 - 90 minutes (20 running, 10 biking, and 60 kickboxing)
January 8 - 45 minutes (strength training class)
January 9 - 35 minutes (20 running and 15 biking)
January 10 - 0 minutes REST DAY
January 11 - 45 minutes (15 strength circuit and 30 cycling)
January 12 - 41 minutes (running)
January 13 - 157 minutes (37 running and 120 hiking)
January 14 - 40 minutes (30 cycling and 10 strength)

January 19 -

Who else feels like they got off track in December? emoticon I know I am raising my hand.

We rang in a new year and with that comes a fresh start.... a new month to get things done. And what better way to start the month by getting back to that fitness. Time to sweat it out! Sweat out those extra sweets you may have eaten, those extra calories from all those family meals. Time to sweat it out and feel GREAT!
