Bring on October! I am so ready to crush this and get back on track!

Goal #1: Get back on track with food! This one has been a struggle for me so that is why I am putting it as #1. I want to try and stay away from too much sugar which means, stop with the treats. I also want to stop the munching I have been doing a lot lately.

Goal #2: Get in a workout everyday, even if it is just a short walk. There have been days that I have been lazy lately. Fall is an awesome time to get outside so I want to soak it all in! No more excuses!

Goal #3: Get in all my water. This seems like such an easy task yet sometimes it is very hard to make sure I am getting in all my H2O. I need to stay hydrated as this helps you shed pounds, stay awake, helps make you fuller, etc... The benefits are endless!

Goal #4: Lose at least 8-10 pounds for the month. This scares me as the scale hasn't been moving much. BUT.... if I am doing everything I should, this shouldn't be a problem. I would be happy even if it is 5 pounds but I am shooting higher. Time will tell.
