OK, I'm late to the party on this but I'm jumping in now. emoticon
So my goals - although small - are pretty big to me because life is so crazy right now. They are to 1) check into SP every day and 2) drink 8 glasses of water. Just logging in here daily will inspire me and I'll get back to tracking food like I used to which in turn will lead to my jeans not being so tight. Thanks for setting up this challenge.

My goals for October:

1. Eat 90% of my meals at home with home cooking.
2. Focus on healthy snacks.
3. Focus on unprocessed carbs.

4. Longer walks daily with Sadie.
5. PT exercises every second day minimum.

Feel like you are in a rut?

I know I have been feeling like this and want to get out. So I decided to make October a challenge month.

What are YOUR goals that you want to reach in October?

Lets do this.... Lets CRUSH October and start November feeling back on track!

To join the challenge simply follow these steps:

emoticon 1. Create a topic for yourself under our 'Challenge' Forum with your goals. Put the topic as, "October Challenge - 'your name' Goals". I created mine already as an example. If you need help, let me know.

- What is your goals for October? You can have one big goal or multiple goals.

emoticon 2. Create another topic for yourself under our 'Challenge' forum to track your goals for the month. Put the topic as, "October Challenge - 'your name' Tracking". Again, I created mine already as an example for you to follow.

emoticon 3. Check in daily if you can. This will help us stay accountable. It will also be great to support each other as we reach these goals.

We are keeping it simple, short, and sweet!
