As we continue to get back to the basics one thing we can't forget is how much water our bodies need.

This week lets get to our water goal! Continue to log your food as now we are going on week 3 for that goal. And also continue getting in your 30 minutes a day! Now lets add on that 3rd goal... making sure we are getting in our H2O!
