Way to get your sleep in. I did get lots of rest on Saturday morning. Unfortunately not so much Sunday but hey, I'm happy for that one day to sleep in - it is an improvement. We have spring break next week and my oldest and I can't wait to sleep in each day! My youngest (9 yrs old) is an early bird though. I'll have to see if I can bribe her with some extra fun activity to let me sleep in each day.

Max - Hope your kiddo is feeling better and you were able to get some much needed rest this weekend.

Jody - Hope you are feeling better as well! Way to go with the hours you got this weekend!

I took full advantage of this challenge! I stayed up late both Friday and Saturday night because we are doing the home improvements. But I ended up getting in plenty of hours of sleep! I ended up with at least 10 hours of sleep for Friday into Saturday and then Saturday into Sunday. Even the kids slept in!

Now we feel more refreshed to tackle the week!

Sweet! I can do this challenge!

After last week of lack of sleep from anxiety ... Now this week with being sick I need all the sleep I can get!

Perfectly timed challenge - thanks E!
Was up at 3 am with the youngest throwing up. I am dead tired. If I had to find a silver lining in all this we don't have to get up early for her basketball tournament tomorrow morning. More sleep for everyone. Good luck to everyone with this challenge. Sleep is so important for physical and mental well being.

Feeling a little dragged down emoticon by the time emoticon change?

I know I have! Funny how losing one little hour can mess with your body. This weekend lets catch up on some Zzzz's and get back on track. I was just reading a Spark People article this week that mentioned you do gain extra belly fat from not getting enough sleep. Never would have thought about that. It mentioned that you do need a solid 7-8 hours per night. I know I don't get that much sleep.

So lets focus on sleep this weekend!
