Hello fellow BBQ. It seems that we have several similarities. We have the same starting weight (188) and the same final goal (140) and I'm also doing Turbo Jam. I noticed how you associated a reward with each new amount of weight loss. I think that's an awesome idea that I will have to copy.

Evening...53 mins run/walk/sprint on treadmill with an incline of no less than 3...I'm on a mission

I did 2.25 miles jogging on the treadmill, 15 min(34 flights) on the stairclimber, and 20 laps in the pool. Also strength training (abs, legs)!
