I enjoy a great ab workout and don't "count" reps. I do them until "failure" when not using one of my Ab & Core dvds.

Hmmm...since I will do various types of ab exercises it probably ends up averaging 2 sets/12 reps for each type....thats a "guesstimate".

3-4 times a week I try to do 8 different ab/core related activities. Yoga Pilates included. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

2 sets of 45 on the exercise ball.
15lb bar twists with abs engaged.

484 - in my current ab/core program 3x per week
that's not including my core work...superman, levitation holds, planks, forward planks and plank dips.
