I wish I had the oomph to do it. I;m not rally the type to do something on my own. In good weather from May to September, I swim daily in my pool.(At least 1 hour straight listening to music on a waterproof iPod) and we just joined SilverSneakers art the local YMCA, but I only got in 2 weeks before our own pool opened. If it wasn't holiday, I might have considered going, but resisted the urge and went to Services in the rain. Supposedly it will be the same tomorrow, but the rest of the week isn't holiday, just rain!

I do 5 minutes each morning. Good stretching makes my day go better

I haven't gotten into Yoga, but everyone in my senior balance class seems to think that a lot of the exercises are similar. emoticon

I like to use my yoga dvds for doing workouts. I have one from Prevention that is Tummy Trimming Yoga with a 3 part workout and mediation section or I use the Kathy Smith's Core/Flex yoga workout dvd. Both help me with tightness, balance, and peace.
