October Goals reviewed

1) continue 7-9 Freggies daily; 7,000+ steps 6 days each wee; emoticon

2) 80 minutes heavy exercise each week emoticon
total was actually 575 minutes for the month with my FIRST 2,000 fitness minute award - member since 7-2014

3) 16 hours charitable activities during the month emoticon
Total actually 58 hours for the month ... exhaustingly over the top. I would like to drop back to 16 hours for next month!

4) Social activities with family: Hubby, Dad, Fred, Micah, Grandchildren. 16 hours during month emoticon

My October goals

1. Stick to Bright Lines - 84% of the time
2. At least 2,000 minutes of fitness - Only made it to 1500 due to injury and illness
3. Drink 8+ cups of water daily - emoticon
4. Sleep 6+ hours a night - emoticon

My Goals:
1. At least 1,500 exercise minutes a month
emoticon I was sick for part of the month and this didn't happen, but I was close

2. List things I'm grateful/happy for throughout the day before I go to bed emoticon

3. Track my food at least 25 days either use SP tracker, or write it down in a notebook. emoticon only remembered to do this for 2 weeks

4. Get at least 100 strength training exercises minutes per week emoticon only one week I didn't have 100 minutes because I was sick

5. Send off shawl and pictures to my oldest sister. emoticon

6. Regular reading and/or meditation. emoticon
