My October goals

1. Stick to Bright Lines
2. At least 2,000 minutes of fitness
3. Drink 8+ cups of water daily
4. Sleep 6+ hours a night

My Goals:
1. At least 1,500 exercise minutes a month

2. List things I'm grateful/happy for throughout the day before I go to bed

3. Track my food at least 25 days either use SP tracker, or write it down in a notebook.

4. Get at least 100 strength training exercises minutes per week

5. Send off shawl and pictures to my oldest sister.

6. Regular reading and/or meditation.
