Do you think ALL restaurants should post the nutrients for everything they serve?

I think that they should at least have it available for those who ask but not necessarily posted.

Yes and also the ingredients. I don't eat animal products and most establishments don't realize or forget that it includes eggs, butter, cream, milk, cheese, gelatin, chicken/beef broth and fish sauce. i also don't eat food cooked with oil. It would really help people like me who have food limitations as well as those with food allergies.

I wish they would. I always use that info when available, paying most attention to sodium.

A: Yes, but I also feel that they should have their ingredients available too. Too many restaurants, including some chain restaurants will not tell you what they're putting in their food. Dairy Queen is a huge problem for that. Gauge is highly allergic to their ice cream, but they refuse to let me know what's in it. They say to go to my local store. My local Dairy Queens are filled with people who stare blankly at you like your speaking a foreign language. Ugh.
