What helps you get back on track?

Going to sound awful but getting sick. Its a wake up call to me when nothing else works. Not talking about colds or flu but getting sick from eating wrong, tummy ache, etc.

What helps you get back on track?

stepping on the scale early in the day....high then "oh NO, gotta follow the plan today"
if it is a lower # then I smile and am encouraged "Keep it up!"
