Saturday 11/2 I was pretty much out all day doing errands while my hubby was at work. After I was done I met Bret at work and I ended up being there for another 3 hours waiting for him to finish up. I did an extra 30 minutes of walking around, but I had a bad cramp in the side of my thigh so I did not do much else. Watched Sanctuary (an old tv show) on youtube waiting for him, we did not get home till around 11:00 pm give or take.

You don't have to keep track of steps, just come here daily and let us know what you did or if you did anything extra.



I am not necessarily going to keep track of my steps. I am just going to come here daily and let you all know any extra bits that I did. I have not been getting in much exercise at all lately especially on the days that I work, I am on my feet all day but that does not really count. The days I don't work I get in more exercise so not worried as much.

November 1st
I did a bit of marching and walking around while I brushed my teeth and hair. It did not add up to much but I did get in an extra 1000 or so steps for a total of 7572.

20 minutes running
10 minutes stretching/ cleaning/yoga
15 minutes biking
