Thanks to all of you who joined the Rainbow Challenge for April. This is the biggest group I've had in my challenge and I've been doing it for a year! We ate 1704 servings of fruits and veggies in March and hope we double it for April!


The best cure for stressing is to count your blessings...and a long walk won't hurt either!

Never give up what you want the MOST for what you want at the MOMENT!

Thanks for sharing Donna. May check it out sometime.

I have been busy a lot with Leslie Sansone videos, going to
the gym, and using my new stretch bands. I like them a lot.

And I do like Challenge Central. So full of good tips etc.

I am enjoying a new program I found from Tufts University. It is a strength training program for older adults. It is called Growing Stronger. There is an e-book that you can download with information and photos of the exercises. Hope this will help me get back on track and give me some much needed energy.
