I tried all these for the wrists and ankles except the up down planks. Just not strong enough to do that yet. Will add these to my weekly routine!

Great ideas! I do incorporate meditation while showering and brushing my teeth.

rischkorn suggests doing a progressive muscle relaxation, where you clench and release each body part starting with your toes and moving all the way up to your forehead. "When your thoughts start to wander to your to-do list, simply bring your focus back to the body part that you are focused on and tense and release those muscles," she says.

I tried that......really works because you are focusing on the muscle.
