Sept. 8th

1. Water goal? at least 10 servings of water daily!

Got in 10!!!

2. Calorie goal? Not a calorie goal so much as sticking to my planned MRC schedule of 3 meals and 2 snacks!

Got in 3 meals and 1 snack!!! Rats!!!

3. Fitness goal? Since I hurt my knee, my fitness goal is to get in a little extra moving each day! Do some housework, maybe a short walk as possible, upper body exercises.

Got in 90 minutes of conducting last night.

4. Sleep goal? Get to bed by 11 p.m. each evening and up by 7 a.m. for a total of 8 hours sleep!

Slept from 12:00 to 7:00! Got another kitten! They wouldn't let me sleep. *yawn*

We will need to reset our totals each week. That will allow people to join late without feeling like they are way behind on the weekly games.

As for the sleeping question -- I do not have a preference. If you want to use last night's sleep total when you post your daily score, that is ok. If you prefer to use tonight's sleep total and post your score the next day, that is fine too. I just ask that you pick one way or the other and remain consistant through the length of this challenge.


New week starts each Tuesday (after Monday Night Football of course!) Each Tuesday, post your total score from the previous week. Regular season starts today. Each week of regular season, the highest scores will be declared the winning teams for that week. The teams with the most wins by the end of the season will be in the playoffs for the SuperBowl Challenge in January. (more details to come about that later)

So how did everyone do with their practice week? Ready for the season to start?

I am confused also. I our new week begins today, then there would be no postings till tomorrow for the sleep portion of this, right? And probably other things as well, since no one knows till days end what we have accomplished during the day?

If stress could burn fat, I'd be skinny and if chocolate could add brain cells, I'd be a genius!

Great idea! My football team is going to be University of Utah Utes. My husbands brother's family and ours goes tailgating before each home game so my choice was easy!

Goals:

Water intake: 10 glasses

Sept. 3nd

1. Water goal? at least 10 servings of water daily!

Got in 10!!!

2. Calorie goal? Not a calorie goal so much as sticking to my planned MRC schedule of 3 meals and 2 snacks!

Got in 3 meals and 1 snack!!! Missed one snack! Rats!

3. Fitness goal? Since I hurt my knee, my fitness goal is to get in a little extra moving each day! Do some housework, maybe a short walk as possible, upper body exercises.

Was on my feet for nearly 6 hours last night! That counts as exercise to me!

4. Sleep goal? Get to bed by 11 p.m. each evening and up by 7 a.m.

Slept from 11:30 to 7:30! DONE!!! Yeah!!! ***the crowd does the wave for this touchdown!!!***
