I've been trying to get in 10,000 steps a day lately. It helps when I walk home from work (about 2 miles), so I'll keep planning to do that when I can. Walking home today and probably tomorrow, as well.

This is a great Topic...

Today and most other days, I walk to work.. it is about a mile back and forth. Tonight, I plan on *finally* hooking up my xbox kinect and doing some workouts with it :)

I've just been recently motivated to get back on this wagon and will talk more about on my blog page later tonight...

Since my regular spin teacher is in China on a vacation, I went for a 2 hour walk with my senior neighbor around the lake at the local recreational park. Then I spent 2 hours working in the garden transplanting my vegetable plants and cleaning out the last of the weeds.

Core followed lunch and now going out again for another walk, since it's a really beautiful sunny day.

I did 20 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of walk/jog on the treadmill at the gym today, and in between working on several things I went outside and vigorously chopped down some weeds that had gotten out of control in the yard. SP says that it was almost as high in caloric expenditure as the bike was. Cool!

Today is Sunday, so it was 3 Spin Classes in the morning & since it was a beautiful day, went for a nice long walk after getting home.

today was Abs and chin ups this morning and a walk in the afternoon.

I've finally progressed from 4 to 5 chin ups. Maybe I'll reach my goal of 10 chin ups by the end of the year.
