I saw this in another Team and thought it was awesome. We need to make sure we give ourselves lots of positive self-talk to keep us on track in our healthy journey.

So follow my example...

emoticon the afternoon hungries

emoticon fooling myself that my exercise can "wait until later"

emoticon achey or rainy days that slow me down
