Hi, Everyone!
We are a small group of women who just started exercising at Lake Elizabeth in Fremont. We work out every morning at 6AM, for an hour. We've put together a "fitness boot camp" style program and would welcome other women who are also interested in committing to a daily workout program.
If you have exercise experience, JOIN US! We would welcome your input!
If you have NO exercise experience, JOIN US! We will teach you what we know.
Our workouts include, core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, circuit training, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, etc, and will vary from day-to-day.
We alternate days: Mon, Wed and Fri are cardio/walk/jog days with a little strength thrown in. Tue, Thu and Sat are "Boot Camp" with a lot of everything thrown in! We are also working on everyone taking turns with leading the exercises and assisting people with correct form and posture.
There is no charge for working out with us!
The only things you need to bring are:
your great sense of humor!
an exercise mat / large towel
some light hand weights
a bottle of drinking water
