Some of the things I do with Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV):

1) After my coffee! I drink my WATER out of a Yetti (3 1/2 cups) every day and add 1 to 2 teaspoons (tsp) of Braggs ACV with 1/2 tsp of Pyure Organic Stevia Blend Sweetener (I buy at Wal Mart).
I drink at least 4 Yetti (I'm Worth It) cups a day. That's about 6 to 8 tsp of ACV. How many tsp are in a tablespoon (tbs)?

2) I make a salad dressing with a large Tbs of Mayonnaise, a large Tbs of Sour Cream (or plain yogurt), and thin it with ACV (a couple of splashes) and any spices I feel like having. Mix it all up and pour the whole thing on a real big salad with my protein of choice.

I find this so interesting: Especially in regard to what the world is enduring with COVID-19.

Fasting has a number of benefits. This is exactly why the Ketogenic diet is so popular right now. It turns out, our body is meant to burn fat! If we are constantly eating, we’re constantly supplying our body with glycogen, this is the body’s main fuel source for most people. When these reserves run out, the body begins to run off ketones, which has a number of health benefits, including destroying cancer. Many people with cancer today are having success with the ketogenic diet and fasting as a treatment for cancer. There is no shortage of studies of what fasting does to cancer cells combined with chemotherapy treatment, but it’s quite odd how there have been no studies or clinical trials for fasting, without the chemotherapy treatment…

Studies have also shown prolonged fasts have the ability to regenerate the entire immune system, repair damaged DNA, and more. It severely limits the process of age-related diseases and prolongs life in a variety of ways.
