Day 2 - 3/8 - 2,197 steps 0.89 mi

Day 3 - 3/9 - 2,912 steps 1.18 mi

Day 4 - 3/10 - 2,274 steps 0.92 mi

Day 5 - 3/11 - 2,379 steps 0.97 mi (Reset Everything! No stopping this time)

Day 6 - 3/12 - 2,033 steps 0.82 mi (too much sitting today) emoticon

Day 7 - 3/13 - 2.320 steps 0.94 mi

Day 8 - 3/14 - 2,502 steps 1.02 mi

Day 9 - 3/15 - 3,103 steps 1.26 mi

Tracking 2nd wk today (3/26). Happy to note that I stepped up my everyday steps without deliberate action. The power of a goal & intention.

5k Challenge results --

Day 1 - 3/7 - 23 min WATP - 4871 steps

Day 2 - 3/8 - 18 min WATP - 4699 steps

Day 3 - 3/9 - 13 min WATP - 4900 steps

Day 4 - 3/10 - 18 min WATP - 3283 steps

Day 5 - 3/11 - 18 min WATP - 4787 steps

Day 6 - 3/12 - 45 min floor scrubbing/waxing - 4607 steps

Day 7 - 3/13 - 13 minutes of WATP - pretty much a rest day - 2043 steps

Day 8 - 3/14 - 21 minutes of WATP - 4901 steps

Day 9 - 3/15 - 13 minutes of WATP - 4865 steps

Day 10 - 3/16 - 21 minutes of WATP - 4766 steps

Day 11 - 3/17 - 27 minutes of WATP - 4716 steps

Day 12 - 3/18 - 23 minutes of WATP - 4586 steps

Day 13 - 3/19 - 18 minutes of WATP - 7091 steps - mostly at work - I figured about 7000 steps for a 5k, so I counted this even though it wasn't all at one time.

Day 14 - 3/20 - 11 minutes of WATP - a rest day - 2003 steps

I didn't do a 5k per se, but I covered that much territory on Saturday ... Who over heard of a 11 hour 5k!!

I'm in!

Day 1 - 3/7 - 2 mile walk 35 minutes

Day 2 - 3/8 - 1.42 in 24 minutes.. walked to little ones basketball practice

Day 3 - 3/9 - nothing for today, ran out of time :( Hopefully tomorrow

Day 4 - 3/10 - nothing, Girl scout meeting ran later than I wanted and then I was just tired

Day 5 - 3/11 - Not proud but nothing again, bad day at work, I sat on the couch and pouted instead

Day 6 - 3/12 - 60 min of insanity

Day 7 - 3/13 - 4 miles in 50 minutes

Day 8 - 3/14 - 2 mile walk, 40 minutes and Insanity for 60 minutes

Day 9 - 3/15 2 mile walk, 40 min and circuit in the morning 50min

Day 10 - 3/16 2mile walk, 40 min weights

Day 11 3/17 60min kickboxing

Day 12 3/18 2 mile walk 34 minutes

Day 13 3/19 60 minutes insanity

Day 14 3/20 4 mile walk/run 53 minutes, I say walk/run because we warmed up for .50 miles then ran 3, then cooled down for .50 miles

Day 1 - 3/7 - Elliptical training...33 min's...2.5 miles emoticon

Day 2 - 3/8 - Warm up with elliptical 10 min's for .86 miles..than did 18 min's of circuit strength training

Day 3 - 3/9 - Birthday!! Slept in ha ha emoticon

Day 4 - 3/10 - Starting to catch some kind of cold....decided sleep is just as important as working out....

Day 5 - 3/11 - Still not feeling up to par,,,,taking it easy.... emoticon

Day 6 - 3/12 - No scheduled workout, but did manage 14,137 = 6.09 miles! (all just prepping for my daughters arrival ha ha)

Day 7 - 3/13 - 5207 steps = 2.24 miles today...

Day 8 - 3/14 - 7146 steps = 3.08 miles

Day 9 - 3/15 - 6557 steps = 2.82 miles

Day 10 - 3/16 - 8667 steps= 3.73 miles

Our next challenge is a continuation of our previous fitness challenge! We decided it would be fun to train together for a Virtual Race and we are aiming for a emoticon

To keep with our 14 Day challenge theme we will "train" for 2 weeks logging what we did each day for training (a 10 min walk.... a 25 min jog/walk whatever) and we will do the first virtual race the end of the challenge either Saturday or Sunday (your choice). Our final race will be a 5K (3.2 miles) You can walk it, jog it or a little of both with the idea that we would all be doing it at the same time, together as a team. emoticon emoticon

Please reply to this post and then Edit your post as you go as in past challenges. It keeps the thread from getting too long to catch up with everyone!!!
