today I had a health shake with: small banana, grapes, orange, strawberries, kiwi fruit, fresh ginger, fresh parsley from the garden, almonds and walnuts. I also added some ice. It was really healthy and refreshing.

Health shake with organic super greens powder, orange, apple, fresh grated ginger, kiwi fruit, 5 strawberries, celery and a small banana with some cold water to mix. very fulling and very healthy.

At 336.4 quite a few calories in this shake but very healthy and I can east less calories for lunch knowing I ate a healthy breakfast. As long as I keep to my daily calorie allowance all is good!

Thought you may like the challenge of telling us each and every day what you had for breakfast.

We can be accountable to each other to make sure we did actually eat breakfast and "break the fast" so to speak and also with being accountable to others we may be more included to eat the correct portion size and a healthy breakfast.
