Hello. I am less than 2 weeks after gastric sleeve surgery. So very thankful I got it!! I'd like to start some conversations about self after care and how others stepped into their new way of life. Any tips or advice will be so greatly appreciated. I would love to hear about how anyone else handled things socially and within the family. And, lets not forget how new grocery products are found and brought to the table. Where do you find nice smaller dinnerware? How to handle social situations and new pastimes that are easier for post bariatric folks? Bariatric surgery is much more than just less food and the's a new life....there will be changes in every facet of my life......I want to live it. Please join me emoticon emoticon
