Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Frozen Sprouted Grain Bread - most people don't think to look for bread in the frozen food aisles, but since it has no preservatives, it needs to be kept frozen until it will be used.

Sprouted grains are whole - it couldn't sprout if it wasn't whole

Started the year great. I am keeping with a primarily plant based whole foods diet, In the market, I stick to the produce section mostly, adding canned or frozen veg that is not in season, and going to the dairy section for almond milk. I stay away from anything processed as much as possible. My biggest problem is that of all things, I miss the convenience of store bought bread. I have read every label in my local market, and haven't found a brand that I would consider truly whole grain. Does anyone have a fave bread brand, or must I get out the baking pans and start making my own from scratch?
