My TO DO list to be DONE by September 30th! Here's my update.

1) exercise at least 5 days per week DONE
2) lose weight at each weigh in Not achieved, did lose 6# for the month.
3) try 4 new low point recipes Not achieved, tried 2.
4) clean out my closet Not fully achieved, cleaned out half of it
5) go hiking Not achieved

1) Go to gym at least 8 times
2) Eat at least 3 fruits vegetables a day
3) Walk at least 9,000 steps a day
4) Drink 64 ounces of water daily
5)Put garden away for winter.

September Mini Challenge ---- Anyone have anything you want to get DONE before September is DONE?!?!?!?!

Then this is the Challenge for you!!! All you have to do is make a To Do list! and then all you DO is DO IT!!!! simple - right????? well ---- not for us procrastinators! But if we make it a Challenge, it will be more fun and we will have a better chance of getting it DONE! This is a Challenge that can work for your weight loss goals, fall cleaning goals, exercise goals - whatever you want to get done --- it's YOUR To Do list so make it work for YOU!

DIRECTIONS:

1) decide 5 things you want to accomplish before September is over

3) then GET STARTED doing your new To Do list!
