WOW Weee Only 3 days left and I haven't forgotten any days Thank you God. I know I've walked a lot and worn out my shoes. That's ok, they were old like me & it's almost time for a new pair of shoes to walk in my new life's adventure. Thank you I've really enjoyed this challenge

Have been off my feet with no exercise for a while because of a very tender foot.
It hurts to walk so have been avoiding doing it.
Decided to put on my walking shoes and hit the mall. Way too hot to walk outside.

I did a two hour walk at a decent pace painful foot and all.
Think I'm going to just ignore the pain and walk anyway.
Will begin walking every other day and see how I do.

Felt really good to be active even with the pain!

I'm in :) starting tomorrow though.... I'm finding it quite hard to find fitness activities I can do with a Cam boot on and have been getting more and more discouraged in the last 8 weeks. Maybe this will get me moving again!

Hi team,

I warned you in the beginning of summer that we'd have an easy challenge in September. I asked for ideas because I'm just not very creative. I got no responses so I am going with an easy challenge that will get us started down the road of monthly challenges without too much fuss.

So the challenge is simply this: Do at least 10 uninterrupted minutes of intentional exercise each day. Log into this thread with your exercise minutes as well as into your fitness tracker.

The person (s) who manage to work out consistently every day of September for at least 10 minutes will win bragging rights, a special thread for congratulations from team members and a goodie!

I hope you will join us and commit to 10 minutes a day. Hopefully we will all be motivated to keep going after 10 minutes! GO TEAM! emoticon
