Unfortunately I woke up running at both ends this morning with severe cramping, fever and chills. I ate some bad chicken yesterday and even though I only ate a few bites, I seem to have a mild case of Salmonella poisoning. I've had it before (much much worse) and have seen it in medical clinics enough to know what I've got. SO, it will be another REST day for me. I am hoping this passes quickly so I don't miss any more workouts!

Yesterday was my REST day but I ended up doing 30 minutes of step ups and 15 minutes of ST for calves and triceps. So today is REST.

every since I start work I forget to do this,but I do get some exercise in everyday,yesterday I did 110 minutes of exercise and today I did two hours of cleaning the whole house,do some shopping and do 30 minutes of Hula Hoop.

I'm participating in the May Challenge and it really is helping my PUSH myself when I don't feel like it...when I'm swamped with "to do"...when it's hot outside...when... I CAN do 1 mile!

My DD, who is a senior in H.S. is still recovering from mono, and hubby and I like to include her in exercise, when she feels like exercising. She didn't feel well enough for a bike ride so we went for a walk with her Saturday and Sunday at Genysis Hospital trails for a 3 mile walk each day. Today, when i came back from the walk, I put in a strength training tape and exercised for 20 minutes.

60 mins on the treadmill,25 push ups,Zumba and yoga later 60 mins each.

Living a Healthy and Active Life style, Reach my Goal and very Happy with my Body,my eating habits,Fresh Fruits, Lot's of Green vegetables,drink 8 To 10 glasses of water daily.

I ran around a medical clinic for 9 hours like a mad chicken without a head and got in about 50,000 steps. I ain't doing NOTHING now but sitting on my low-paid and very exhausted arse!
