This is my go to breakfast when I am on the run or at a loss for what to have.

Tropical Green Smoothie
(makes 2 servings)

1-1.5 cups iced green tea (water, milk, dairy free milk work too)
3 cups of spinach
mint (optional, I use 3-4 stems)
1/2 coconut cream
1 cup non fat greek yogurt
1 banana, frozen in chunks
1 cup pineapple, frozen in chunks
1 cup mango, fresh or frozen in chunks
stevia or zero calorie sweetener (or honey, agave, etc.) of choice, optional

Place items in high powered blender in order listed and blend on high until you get consistency of your choosing.

This is a filling smoothie because it has a lot of protein and some healthy fats.

351 calories, 6g fat, 53g carb, 5g fiber, 27g protein.
