A good sandwich to lose weight with is made with two ingredients:

3 oz. low-sodium deli ham (at the deli; in St. Louis it's at Schnucks deli)
several large leaves of lettuce

Place lettuce leaves spread out on the bottom. Top with the ham. Roll up. So good! Fast and easy! 90 calories and 15g of protein.

Feel free to add one or two tomato slices to make it even better.

Diet Pop Cake

1 package cake mix
1 can Diet pop (for chocolate cake use diet pepsi or diet coke for white cake mix use diet sierra mist or diet 7 up)

Mix cake mix , egg whites only (some mixes call for 2 eggs others 3 eggs so just whatever the mix calls for, and 1 can diet pop. (NO water or oil)
Bake as directed on box
Frost with fat free cool-whip
cut into 18 pieces (if you are doing weight watchers this is 2 pts per slice )
