Okay, thanks, Coach Denise.

That helped a great deal and better reflects the effort expended.

You are currently showing over 10,000 steps for today, but I do see a lot of general exercise workouts, which means the tracker wasn't able to detect what you were doing. If you reclassify those to what you were doing, that will adjust your steps accordingly.

I have really weird numbers today. I changed the SPAT battery yesterday -- last night after final upload -- and have bizarre results today. One 13-minute walk registered only 20 steps!! ?? My legs feel as though they are falling off... but I have not gotten my daily glow with 10,000 steps. Feels like at least 14,000 physically. Two longish exercise periods got barely 1/3 the number of steps of comparable exercise periods two days ago and yesterday.

Any ideas? I am trying to make it glow before I go to bed, but dang, I am truly running out of energy. These numbers cannot be correct and I do not know what to do. It seems a wee bit better... last exercise period registered 1488 steps in 39 minutes vs a mere 630 steps in the previous exercise period of 42 minutes, when I know I was exercising briskly during both periods of time!

Okay, it finally completed the glow. I am going to bed and hoping my legs don't cramp in the night. Darn my OCD that insists I reach the glow at all costs.

Awesome! I see the steps I took now for that time frame, thank you so much for checking into that Denise and helping to resolve the issue! Have a great day!

This should be fixed for you now. emoticon Our tech team actually found something that happened on your account and corrected it (shouldn't happen again).

Thanks for your patience!

It is not. I am going to send an email to the manufacturer to see if they can tell what might be happening for you. I will post back once I hear from them.

I have tried that just now, and it logged the most recent steps but still hasn't logged the steps taken from 9 until 10 this morning. I'm still new to the spark tracker dongle (I've only had it just over a month now), is this a frequent problem that occurs with other users?

Please try shaking your tracker for at least 30 seconds while near the SyncPoint with the SparkPeople Connect program running to see if that will force another sync. Once you do that, let me know.

For some reason, my steps that the dashboard is displaying isn't lining up correctly based on how many lights are lighting up on my dongle. At 9 this morning, I took a route at work that usually ends up being around 1,000 steps, but the dashboard isn't recognizing the data for 9 am at all. I took another short walk down another path, and my spark tracker dongle is lighting up okay, and I do believe it is offloading alright (I think). My steps goal daily is 7500 steps, and 4 out of the 12 lights are displaying, which should indicate about 2500 steps total so far for today. But the dashboard is only displaying I've taken about 1,200 steps. I'm not sure if it's the dongle or the data on the dashboard.
