I just saw the caramel flavor last night, must be very new! Another Spark friend said she had already tried it with pecan pieces added to it. So far, good reviews!

Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, caramel flavor. Perfect for dipping with apple slices!

I don't know if you have a Kroger store or not but I buy Kroger CarbMaster Yogurt. Good for people who have diabetes.

I'm a sucker for the Lite Orange Creme for about 70 or 80 cals!

I remember eating the Orange Push-Up ice creams as a child and LOVED them.

It taste exactly like that so i use that as my sneak a treat!!!... emoticon

If you look around the ice cream isle you can also find some lite fudge cycles that are only 40 cal for one side.... Chocolate fudgeeeee.......

Not bad for a sweet treat here and there. I find i do best when I allow myself ONE treat a day if i want it, especially knowing I'm gonna want it in the evening time and have low cal treats like this available to me... I just limit myself to one treat a day when it comes to the ice cream but i can eat the yogurt for breakfast and not be cheating at all!!! emoticon )

I like the greek yogurt too because it is so thick and no sugar, no fat. I have been eating Fage because Costco sells big containers of it. It is very tart, so when I started I was adding frozen berries from Costco (no sugar added). Either let about 1 cup of them thaw for an hour on the counter or nuke them on low for a couple of minutes. Then add 1/2 cup yogurt and stir them up. The liquid from the berries thins out the yogurt, so it is nice that the greek yogurt starts out really thick. Now that I am used to the taste sometimes I will have it plain. Or use it instead of sour cream.

We eat yogurt regularly and use it in Smoothies, too. I like the Citrus flavors (probably because they have alot of sugar!). emoticon

I prefer Stoneyfield or Cascade both are organic and very good.

I like Chobani Greek Yogurt in Vanilla. It is great because it is really creamy and full of protein (so it keeps you full longer) and if I want to make it sweet I add berries or a tbls of chocolate chips. Oh I say make it sweet because greek yogurt is generally pretty tart...just a forewarning.

I like Yoplait's Honey Vanilla Greek yogurt. It has no artificial sweeteners, and it has twice the protein of regular yogurt. It has 130 calories, I like to add some cinnamon and a few fresh blueberries for a mid-morning snack.

today i was at the super walmart doing my shopping and i had thought about getting some yogurt but there is so many brands and flavors it is hard to pick one to try. I did pick up one calledyoplait delights parfait for a 100 calories a piece. chose a couple of flavors to try--tried the lemon torte and no it was not super fanstastic but i would be willing to reach for this and i think it could easily be used as a comfort food in times of need. Any other goods ones someone has tried?
