HI there,

Take a few moments and consider how you are doing. You started off your time here at SP with a few fast break goals and then created your mid-level and long term goals. You also started building streaks.

A new year gives us a chance to reflect on who we are and what we have done (both well and not so well...) It gives us a chance to think about what we want. That opens the door for us to come back to our early thoughts here at SP. Do you need to start fresh? Are you bopping along okay? Did the holiday fun get in the way of your new healthy habits and now you need to get tough with yourself?

Share what you are going to be working on here--let us know what your short term or fast break goals are and something longer in nature as well. Goals drive the program here at SP!
