Everyone's doing really great with their goals! Excellent!

Here are my goals for the week:

Daily - at least 10,000 steps
Treadmill run for 30 minutes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Track every morsel that enters my mouth


MY RESULTS:

6/23 Sun 10,000 steps (2 mile run - I had to cut it short). didn't track my food.
6/24 Mon 13,709 steps (30 minutes on the treadmill) - ate out for lunch. Chose grains (healthy but all carbs)
6/25 Tue 12,448 steps (30 minutes on the treadmill) and had a decent workout. Tracked every morsel I ate. (Woo hoo!) My first solid day this week!!!

Goal for the week:1) Log all my food and fitness. 2) try to get my calorie differential on my smart phone app to be -500 so I can reach my 3rd goal) lose one pound a week.

6/23 Sunday
6/24 Monday
6/25 Tuesday logged everything, burned 750 calories playing tennis -453 differential
6/26 Wednesday logged everything, 200 calories burned w/exercise, -365 differential
6/27 Thursday logged everything, 550 calories playing tennis, -528 differential
6/28 Friday logged almost everything, no exerice, differential probably broke even (Fiance had a flat on the way home so I double backed and went to help him. Didn't do exercise.

MY GOAL:
Keeping is simple. Tracking my food and sticking with the plan.

MY RESULTS:

6/23 Sun - Good day. Went to the movies and didn't eat any popcorn.
6/24 Mon - Weigh day. Lost a pound!! Tracked my food and hit my water.
6/25 Tue - Tracked my food
6/26 Wed - Went out to lunch with my husband. Tracking food was a little harder today because I couldn't be exact. Still did well.
6/27 Thu
6/28 Fri
6/29 Sat

MY GOAL:
Daily Walk 10,000 steps (started with 3,000 steps daily a little over month ago)

I've added Team Goal '5,000 steps per day'. Any pedometer will do. Won't you join me?

Feel free to add other goals or activities here also as setting short term goals will help you become more productive.
