Thanks for joining in the challenges. I like that it's so easy to track and you earn spark points for doing it. I just started with the rainbow fruit and veggie challenge over a year ago and have joined other challenges along the way. That prompt that comes in the e-mail every morning helps me focus on drinking water, eating my veggies, getting in my fitness!

Got up and made breakfast for my mom, finished up her dishes, brought over some of the groceries I picked up for her last night at WalMart. Now to get to the bathtub for a quick bath and then head out. Going to Ft. Assiniboine to see the Living History events. Cannons, black powder rifles, the barracks and officer's quarters out there. Then back to town to check in at the railroad museum and see if the doctor I used to work for is there playing with his trains today. Then a threshing demo up at the fairgrounds at 2. Then I should be home by 3 and get my chores done.

Have to get some plants in the ground! Need to put in my window a/c. Got mom's in last evening in the kitchen and bedroom on her side of the duplex.

Am throwing in laundry as soon as I get out of the tub and will continue that later this afternoon. Looks like a sunny, smoky day and I'm excited to get started and to begin work on my June goals!!

The best cure for stressing is to count your blessings...and a long walk won't hurt either!
