I have another question....I have used a Biggest Looser recipe. I want to add it to my food groups without all the hassle of entering all the ingredients. Can I do that in food groups just add the name of the recipe and then the nutrients. Or where else should I do this. Thanks for your trouble. Marci

Wow....that was perfect detail where I was to go....I love you....you have saved my family time in entering and searching for the same meals...thanks so much. I joined SP last year in March and loved the program and the people that I still have on my Spark page. Everyone is really helpful and I appreciate it. I restarted only Friday Jan 8. I have been a bad girl and haven't been on in about 5 months or so. I am ready to rejoin the ranks of the healthy active people again. Thanks for being there.

MJo,

Follow the instructions below and see if this helps!

Nancy

1. Click the my Nutrition tab at the top of your Start page.
2. Click the "Add a Food" button.
3. Click the Favorites tab at the top.
4. Click on "Share Manually Entered Foods With Another Member".
5. Select which foods you'd like to share and click Share.
6. A confirmation page will verify that your foods have been shared.

Mjo,

You can share manually entered foods, but not meals.

I hope this helps!
Nancy

Hi. Myself and 3 family members are starting on our new diet. I am having trouble with sharing the items each day. I know it can be done. I enter the items and sometimes make up my own and want to share it so they dont have to go through the same steps as me. I am trying to make it easier for them so they dont just quite. What do i need to do to share my meals with them? When they go into look up other members meal items...they put in my log in I.D. and it says member doesnt share meals or something like that.

Please help.
