I'm lucky I guess as I do not have any troubles getting off to sleep any time at night. can't sleep in the day though at all.

Not yet going through Menopause hopefully, it won't be bad for me though.

OMG, yes, those hormonal changes that go along with the process of the Big "M" really mess sleep up! UGH

I'm in the menopause process, and I find sleep to be the biggest challenge so far. I have begun a daily yoga practice, and have shifted my schedule so that I go to bed quite early, since I seem to wake naturally around 5 am. Changing my routine to go to bed around 9-10pm seems to be helpful. When I stay up later, I end up having a lot of trouble falling asleep, and then I wake early, too.
