I'm checking in, but I couldn't figure our my exact program. I wrote what I did, which was 5 days out of 7. It says 180 minutes, but I wrote it in custom and it isn't showing me the specifics. I checked all over. emoticon

I don't have a working pedometer and don't know how many MPH, but I wrote out my walking and biking. I might be techno challenged.... they have changed the set up several times , since I started. emoticon

Hello team I checked out the other team and they are doing awesome. We are doing great also. I think they are a little a head of us. Lets go we can do it. I have been sick for a week and still tried to exercise until the dr said no more until we check and see if you have blood clot in your lungs. I will be back at it hopefully tomorrow or maybe sunday. There is a 902 chance if I am not any better he will be placing me in the hospital. He has tried the last two days and I have said no. So tomorrow I do not think he will be giving me a chose. Sorry for placing more slack on the rest of you. Please pray for me.

5 - 60 minutes; mother-in-law coming Sunday. Major housecleaning, plus washed & waxed floors (probably more than an hour, but being conservative)
6 - 30 minutes - parked far from the hospital & had to do several walking laps to pick up my grandparents. A bad day for grandma, and a crummy exercise day for me.
7 - 20 minutes - rainy day here in NJ. Only walked my daughter 1 way to school - we were under a tornado watch in the afternoon, and it was pouring rain.
Week 1_455 minutes & 8 glasses of water per day____

5 DAY STREAK- SLEEP 7 TO 9 HOURS PER NIGHT
8 - 98 minutes (walked 2 miles & attended a pilates/yoga class)

Just want to say that I am taking my minutes right off my Spark activity page. I use the Spark tracker now. I am only posting the "WORKOUT" minutes, not the Total minutes. That would be a lot more...lol. This represents time I actually INTENTIONALLY worked out.
