I worked out yesterday and today but SP wasn't nice to me yesterday and I couldn't log on for most of the day.. emoticon

Yesterday I did 30 minutes on the treadmill emoticon and 30 minutes of strength training emoticon .

Today I did 45 minutes on the elliptical emoticon and 23 minutes on the treadmill emoticon .

The next two days I will be at California Speedway emoticon hanging out with the Nascar drivers and I'll be doing a lot of walking !! emoticon

Went to the gym this morning and did 15 min on the Stair Climber, 20 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the treadmill (my calfs are still killing me) and back on the elliptical for another 25 minutes. Not my best intensity workout but I made it and my calfs are finally starting to feel better from the HM on Sunday.

Thank you Jackie.. Before I went to bed last night I said to my fiancÚ, "When you wake up, please wake me up. I am going to the gym for sure tomorrow morning".
Well, he woke me up and I woke up with a pinched nerve in my right shoulder. I took ibuprofen, put Icy Hot on it, relaxed a little bit and it's still killing me. Someone Somewhere is trying to see how far they can push me right now.. LOL

1/5 3 mle run average pace 9:11 + 60 minutes stationary bike and ST on my stability ball during Biggest Loser

1/6 5 mile run average pace 10:11

1/7 60 minutes stationary bike in the am + 20 minutes rowing, 45 minutes ST and 20 minutes swimming and walked to/ gym 4 miles

1/8 3.5 mile run/walk with new runners + 3 mile walk to/from grocery store with groceries and a 4 lb bag of epsom salts in my backpack

1/2 Mat Pilates class + walked 2 miles each way to the gym

1/3 5 mile run at the beach...average pace 9:30!!!

Ran 5 miles on Friday and Saturday
Sunday did an hour of ST and an hour of Cardio
Monday did an hour of cardio (included 3.25 miles of running on the treadmill)....

I'm going to have to do more of the rowing machine...I've only done it a couple of times...I need to add a new machine to my routine....Thanks!

12/23 rest day - my right hamstring was sore

12/27 plan: 10 mile run

Rowing has become my new favorite cardio. Two days later and my abs are still sore from Thursday's workout. Lower and upper abs. It's awesome!

Update of last weeks workouts:

Monday 45 minutes ST, 15-20 minutes swimming

Tuesday 30 minute interval run

Wednesday 5 mile easy run

Thursday Lunch with Janey...no workout!!!

Friday 8 mile LSD run at the beach

Saturday Indoor rowing class

Sunday 9 mile run at the beach

Now for this weeks plan:

Monday 60 minutes ST, 20 minutes swimming (complete)

Tuesday 3.1 mile interval run...average pace 9:21 (completed)

Wednesday 5 mile easy run (first run of my new meetup group)

Thursday ST and swimming

Friday 5 mile run at the beach

Saturday Mountain hike

Sunday Long Run but not sure how many miles I'll do yet maybe 10-12!!!

Morning Girls!!!

Took yesterday as a rest day...I had the worst headache all day...either I didn't eat enough after the race on Sunday or I was slightly dehydrated!!!

12/8 2 mile interval run average pace 9:16...fastest in a very long time...planning to run through the Christmas Lights at Griffith Park tonight not sure how long or how fast the run will be but I do know it will be mighty cold tonight!!!
