Indeed He is risen!

SASHADIEKEN, I am so happy for you! I hope all was as wonderful as you anticipated.

God bless you,
Ruth Ann

This is the day that the Lord had made. Let us rejoice and be glad in it. Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit; both now and ever and unto the ages of ages, Amen.

Happy Easter

Koula - Ontario, Canada

Life is ten percent what happens to you and ninety percent how you respond to it.

Consult not your fears, but your hopes and dreams. Think not about your frustrations, but about your unfulfilled potential. Concern yourself not with what you have tried and failed in, but with what is still possible for you to do. Pope John XXIII

I wanted to share my great blessing today, that I am able to go to Church tonight for Pascha. My husband has had health problems and it's been impossible for me to go as my parish is 100 miles away. He knew how badly I wanted to go and said he thought he could manage his care while I went overnight. He has not converted so I thought this was very generous of him. I am beyond happy! I'll go after dinner and the Reading of Acts begins at 10 pm, then the Paschal liturgy followed by breaking the fast, which will put me at our kid's house around 5 am. I'll sleep for a few hours then head home. I'm sure I will be floating by then!
