This is my first day for this challenge/ My goal for the next few weeks is to eat as little processed foods as possible. Really work within my calorie range and keep my focus. Good luck everyone!

I started today, right now I need to do things different i have a bad sweet tooth and that what is my problem to be fair i try to eat some food so i can save the sweet for the rest of my calories but who am i fooling when I'm hungry in the night MYSELF so i hoping to go through this challenge and journey with you guys i don't like fruit the only veg i like is peas and sweet corn but i guess that's why it's called a challenge to challenge ourselv emoticon es

It was marked as 3/5/13 for me starting this team. It was very late and my total calories were 583 way to low. So if you miss day one, but meet the rest does it count as completing the challenge for that week? I have got to get eating right! Some days I have not eaten much during the day and once in a while get the days that feel like I am hungry constantly. Need to drink more water when that happens. Or munch on celery. They have said it takes more calories to chew then the eating of it. My calorie range is 1500-1750 plus the meeting of nutrition categories.

You can do all things you set your mind to. You can do all things through Christ that strengthens all. Challenge to remind myself of this daily. sparkpeople.com

Today is the 1st day of working this challenge for me. I checked out my calorie range. it was 1380-1730. Way too high. I changed it to 1200-1500. My focus today is more, yet smaller meals, staying within my calorie range.

I just signed up yesterday to start this new challenge. I have a terrible time getting the recommended amount of veggies/fruits into me. I'm hoping this challenge will help. I love veggies but fruit not so much.

My plan is to increase my consumption of vegetables in order to bring my calorie intake down about 200 calories.

I just joined challenge today. This evening I tried two new veggies and the family loved them....roasted butternut squash and baked Parmesan zucchini. Thats my reason for joing this team to try new veggies....awesome

If you keep doing what you've always done you will keep getting what you have always gotten

I just joined the challenge - this is day 1 for me. I'm going to log 5-8 veggies a day, and portion control the two snacks I already plan...well, and actually PLAN them better. Have a super day tomorrow everyone!

Good luck to you all! I've completed the 4 weeks and I can say that I am much more aware with eating my veggies and fruit and eating them more in place of alot worse choices! emoticon

I started today too, actually right now since I'm at work and feeling the need to munch on something. I brought half a cucumber to work, so on my way to slice it up to keep me satisfied until lunch time. Good Luck Buddy! emoticon
