Sorry I missed the beginning of challenge maybe in June...so much going on here. Husband starts radiation and chemo May 22nd. I am striving hard not to let the stress rock my own health...God is in control.

This challenge will begin May 1 and end May 31. We'll weigh in at the beginning and end of the challenge. I recommend measuring yourself, too because sometimes the scales is stubborn and doesn't budge but yet inches are lost. emoticon emoticon

Each day you'll earn one point for completing each S P A R K! (5 points per day)

Weekly we will post any points earned to keep us accountable (accountability...it's why most of us joined SP, right?). Each week the person who earned the most points will get a emoticon
